Terms & Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms By making a booking (paying an advance) with Sridevi Palace, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Booking and Payment
  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the specified advance deposit.
  • The total agreed-upon fee must be paid in full by the date specified in your booking agreement (e.g., 30 days before the event, or as agreed).
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • All cancellations must be made in writing.
  • The advance deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation.
  • Cancellations made within [2] days of the event date will require payment of the full venue rental fee. (Note: You must define this timeframe).
  1. Use of Facilities
  • The Client agrees to abide by the maximum guest capacity of 1,200 persons.
  • The Client is responsible for the conduct of their guests.
  • Any damage caused to the hall, rooms, dining area, or any other property of Sridevi Palace by the Client or their guests will be billed to the Client.
  • The 23 on-site guest rooms are for the use of the Client’s party and must be vacated by the agreed-upon check-out time.
  1. Catering and Decoration
  • Sridevi Palace offers exclusive in-house catering and natural flower decoration services.
  • The use of outside caterers or decorators is generally not permitted. Please discuss any specific requirements with the management, as special permissions may incur additional fees.
  • If non-vegetarian food is served, it must be done in accordance with our policies.
  1. Parking
  • Ample parking is provided for guests’ convenience.
  • Sridevi Palace is not responsible for any theft, damage, or loss to vehicles or their contents.
  1. Liability
  • Sridevi Palace is not responsible for any personal injury to the Client or their guests during the event.
  • We are not liable for the loss or damage of any personal belongings left at the venue.
  1. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Proddatur, Andhra Pradesh.
